Michael Kempen
Michael Kempen says of his work: “My work explores the foggy structures of partially-forgotten dreams and misremembered spatial experiences while focusing on the meditative quality found in the balance of irregular shapes”. The series Kempen created for Allmodern pays homage to Ellsworth Kelly and Robert Motherwell. Each print makes a statement as a stand-alone piece or they can be organized on a wall in pairs or sets that compliment each other.
