Returns & Damages Policy

  • Thank you for supporting our artwork.

    Because each piece is carefully produced and often made in limited quantities, all sales are final.

    We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

    • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

    • Items damaged after delivery

    • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

    Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on availability:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • A partial refund (in cases of minor damage, if you choose to keep the item)

    If damage occurred during shipping, we may initiate a claim with the carrier. We may ask that you retain the packaging until the claim is resolved.

    We will cover any replacement shipping costs for approved claims.

  • If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist in locating the shipment and determining next steps.
