All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from Canada, and all shipments are insured.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
At this time, artworks larger than approximately 41 × 41 inches cannot be purchased directly through our website checkout for delivery to the United States or British Columbia.
If you are interested in acquiring a large framed piece, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options and obtain a custom quote.We are happy to work with collectors to arrange safe delivery whenever possible.

Because each piece is carefully produced and often made in limited quantities, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

We take great care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely.
If your framed artwork arrives damaged, please submit a damage report within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
Please retain the artwork and all original packaging materials, as these may be required for shipping and carrier documentation.
Once we review your report, we will provide instructions for returning the artwork to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping to our re-framing facility, have the frame professionally repaired or replaced, and ship the artwork back to you at no additional charge.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will assist in locating the shipment and determining next steps.
