I met Ivo close to 30 years ago. I was browsing a unique store on Queen Street in Toronto when I spotted an amazing painting. It has been hanging in my home ever since.
And that was the beginning.
The amazing painting.
Ivo doesn’t know how to do anything halfway. That’s why, when he and I were creating prints for my publishing company he made each original with the same technique, fidelity to detail and appreciation for balance that he considers when he is working on his abstract paintings.
I am thrilled to have found this cache of special paintings. Artists like Ivo never repeat themselves, so these are truly one of a kind.
